Goodness me, it’s hard to imagine now it’s time for the Small Business Deals: January 2024 Edition post.
If you already read this post about my goals for this year, then you know what’s in store for you.
I’m so looking forward to sharing with you all those pet experiments that I want to conduct in my own business.
While all the things I share on this blog are pertaining to my business, I sincerely hope that it can also help in your situation.
Now that 2024 is already upon us, let’s look at all the deals you don’t want to miss in this month’s Small Business Deals: January 2024 Edition post.
WP Engine’s 6-month free deal is back
Due to popular demand, WP Engine is bringing back their 6-month free offer for a limited time only.
For those who aren’t familiar with the offer, it’s a deal where you can get 6 months free when you sign up with any of their annual hosting plans.
The only exception is their Lite plan since well, it’s already at a deep discount.
If you miss your chance to get 6 months free when you sign up during their Black Friday sale, now is your opportunity to do so.
After all, this offer will only be available until January 31, 2024.
Do you find WP Engine to be a perfect hosting for your author website? If that’s you, then you can sign up with any of your preferred plans right here:
WP Engine Lite plan versus shared hosting plan such as SetraHost
Not going to deny that WP Engine is perfect for those who run a WordPress site of any kind.
And it’s even more so when you have a high number of visits to your website every month.
But then again, it can be a little tad too much if you have a brand-new website that has little to no traffic.
If you still want WP Engine as your default hosting, then signing up with their Lite plan will suffice.
Not only that it costs less than their Startup plan. But you’ll get the same benefit as the other plans such as their WordPress caching and CDN.
Of course, the only downside is that it can only cater to up to 5,000 visits per month.
Even with that, it doesn’t seem like a bad trade-off when you barely have any traffic coming to your website.
That brings us to this next question. Is it worth signing up with the Lite Plan when a shared hosting like SetraHost offers something similar at less cost?
What’s more, you don’t have to get separate hosting for emails since your hosting plan comes with email hosting as well.
Believe it or not, the answer is it’s worth signing up with the Lite Plan despite its limitations.
The reason for that has more to do with you getting brownie points from Google when you have a fast-loading website.
If you have the budget for it, then I don’t see anything wrong with signing up with the Lite Plan.
But if you don’t, then your best bet is to sign up with a good hosting such as SetraHost.
Just to let you know it’s the hosting that I use personally on both of my websites. You can have a look at SetraHost right here:
Start your mindfulness practice today with products from LSW London
Believe it or not, the best way to gain clarity is to write them down on paper.
You have an easier time seeing the big picture when you dump everything on paper instead of leaving your thoughts circulating in your brain.
That’s pretty wild, right?
Of course, the plain good ol’ notebook will do the trick if brain dumping is what you’re after.
You don’t need anything fancy if you’re looking for a place to dump your thoughts on paper.
But if you want something fancier, then I highly recommend that you take a look at this journal bundle.
As you can see here, this bundle consists of LSW Mind Notes, Morning Notes, and Habit Notes.
If practicing mindfulness is what you’re after, then LSW Mind Notes and Morning Notes sure come in handy for you.
Want to track your habits effectively? Then Habit Notes is what you need.
In case you’re wondering, you can get these journals separately on the LSW London website if you prefer.
But it’s a no-brainer to get them as a bundle for more savings, right?
